About Robotic Rampage

My name is Mehar and I’m 17 years old. I'm a senior at Cave Spring High School. This is my fourth year on the robotics team and I am now team lead. My hobbies are mountain biking, photography, and coding. My biggest interests are math, robotics, and physics. My favorite food is curry. I love making robots for the team and now leading the team, so I can learn from my mistakes and see my ideas develop into what I initially envisioned

Hello! My name is Parker and I am a junior at Cave Spring High School and the Mass Communications program at the Burton Center for Arts and Technology. This is my third season on the team and I am serving as the Hardware Lead and I am also a member of the Media Team, where I focus on media production, graphic design, web design, and outreach coordination. When I'm not working on robotics, I can often be found behind the counter at Blaze Pizza, taking photos, or hiking with my Trail Life troop. I'm excited to see how our team grows and problem solves this season!

Hi! I’m Bea, an 11th grader at Cave Spring High School, a 3rd year student in BCAT’ Center for Engineering, and a member of the media and hardware teams. This is my 2nd full year on the team! In my free time, I march with the Cave Spring Marching Nights, swim with Cave Spring High School and Forest Hills in the summer, compete with Science Olympiad, have fun with the Cave Spring International Club, National English Honor Society, or National Math Honor Society, participate in Roanoke Valley Children’s choir, am a member of the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest VA’s youth mentorship team, and am avid reader and musician, singing or playing trumpet or piano. I’m so excited for this season

My name is Yehor and I am a 10th grader in Cave Spring High School. My role on the team is software lead. My interests include engineering, physics, and mathematics, especially Calculus. My other hobbies are debate, philosophy, and world languages.

Hi, my name is Hope. I am 14 years old and I am a freshman at Hidden Valley High School. This is my second year on the hardware team. This year, I am also the media lead. I also go to Burton where I am studying to become an aerospace engineer. I am an excel platinum gymnast on the Roanoke Acedemy gymnastics team. I spend some of my afternoons playing tennis for Hidden Valley. I also enjoy crafting such as embroidery. 

My name is Colin, and I am a freshman at Cave Spring High School. I am a member of the hardware team. I enjoy baking, reading, 3d printing, and CAD design.

My name is Atharva. I am a 9th grader at Cave Spring High School, and my role on the team is on the software team. A couple of hobbies that I have are speedcubing and coding.

My name is Chase and I go to Glenvar High School. I am in 9th grade and I am a member of the software team. Some of my hobbies include playing pickleball and video games. 

My name is Aiden. I am 14 years old and a freshman at Cave Spring High School. I am on the hardware team. I enjoy gaming, golf, kayaking and fishing. 

Elliot is a freshman who enjoys learning all aspects of robotics, currently focusing on hardware while learning about software behind the scenes. He also enjoys biking, reading, and camping. 

My name is Samuel, and I'm a freshman at Northside High School on the Software team. I'm really passionate about coding and working with electronics, I'm thrilled to be able to apply those skills to make our robot. Outside of robotics, I also enjoy playing soccer with my friends. I can't wait to see what we can achieve as a team this year!

My name is Aayush and I am in 9th grade at Cave Spring High School. I am also on the software team and very much enjoy being there and learning new things.

Hi, my name is Rian and I go to Hidden Valley Middle School. I am on the hardware team. I have a pet hamster and I like playing sports and building stuff.

My name is Vineet and I am in seventh grade. I play soccer, basketball, and the piano. I go to Cave Spring Middle School and I’m yearbook club, and will join drama club. I also do Kumon and swimming during the summer, and I have a black belt in Karate.

I am Jeet, a 7th grader on the team from Cave Spring Middle School. I am a member of the software team. In my free time, I watch coding videos to be able to better contribute to the team. This will help me grow as a coder and help the team more. I also play basketball.

My name is Olivia and I am in 8th grade in Willam Byrd Middle School. I'm on the software team. I do track and field and I enjoy baking with my friends.
